Raise a Glass to John

Many former Derbyshire Junior golfers will be saddened to learn of the passing of John Cook. John was a much-respected coach to quite a number of Derbyshire players, many of whom have gone on and turned professional. One such golfer, George Bloor, pictured here with John recently posted

"John was a mentor, coach and friend during our times together....... his short game was one of the best and watching him play will stick with me always"
