As in 2022 at Alfreton GC, Derbyshire narrowly missed out to Nottinghamshire - 23 to 22 Points in the annual Round Robin Tournament.
In Round 1 Derbyshire beat Notts 7-5, Warks beat Staffs 8-4
In Round 2 Derbyshire beat Warks 7-5, Notts beat Staffs 10-2
In Round 3 Derbyshire beat Staffs 8-4, Notts beat Warks 8-4
Although Derbyshire won all 3 Rubbers, without question the result of Notts v Staffs match (10-2) was instrumental in Notts winning the Event.
Congratulations to Charlie Beer who won all 3 matches and all 7 players in a gallant attempt to win.
