Ladies Vice Captain Elect for 2019 is announced
Welcome to Janet Thomas from Chevin Golf Club who is appointed as Ladies Vice Captain Elect for 2019 and therefore the Ladies County Captain for 2020.
Janet is a great individual, has significant experience of County Week set up and has played for the County Seniors for a few years.
She has great leadership skills and has held positions of Ladies Captain and committee chair at club level and will bring significant experience and focus for the Ladies County Squad.
Janet has a wonderful sense of humour and is excellent company and is already working with Captain Judy and Vice Captain, Janet as she prepares to take up her formal position at the AGM in February 2019.
This is a great appointment for Derbyshire.
